Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join the Consumer \& Community Banking Product, Experience, Data, and Technology organization. This role is focused on driving digital and product innovation that impacts millions of customers and employees. You will own strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for products that deliver measurable value and help transform customer and employee experiences.
Responsibilities:
Product strategy and roadmap: Act as the voice of the customer, developing a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to business goals.
Lifecycle management: Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and continuous iteration, often leveraging Agile frameworks.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data and analytics, risk, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Agility tool governance: Within the PXT community, oversee governance and adoption of Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence to enable consistent, effective product delivery.
Performance and metrics: Define and track KPIs, analyze product performance, and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Stakeholder communication: Provide updates and insights to stakeholders and senior leaders, articulating complex ideas and influencing outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience in product management, change management, or process improvement within a large, complex organization (financial services or technology preferred).
Strong expertise with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to executive-level audiences.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into tactical execution.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive product decisions
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
