Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software. This is a hands-on position focused on both building solutions and supporting team growth. You’ll spend most of your time developing applications across the stack, with a portion dedicated to mentoring and collaborating with peers.
Key Responsibilities
🛠 Technical Development (Primary Focus)
Design and implement end-to-end solutions using modern cloud technologies
Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js
Develop user-facing interfaces using React and React Native
Configure and manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
Automate deployment pipelines and apply DevOps practices
🤝 Team Collaboration (Secondary Focus)
Participate in code reviews and pair programming
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers
Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications
3+ years of full stack development experience
Proficiency in:
Backend: Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS
Frontend: React, React Native, Redux or similar libraries
Cloud: Azure (or other cloud platforms), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code
Databases: SQL and NoSQL systems
Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
