We are looking for an expert DevOps \& Linux Consultant to manage, evolve, and monitor its Linux platform. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring operational stability, delivering infrastructure projects, and automating environments in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Maintain, patch, and support the RedHat Linux platform.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITSM processes.
Actively contribute to infrastructure projects and daily operations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery aligned with operational standards.
Apply DevOps best practices in a complex and critical environment.
Perform proactive and in-depth monitoring using Dynatrace, including metric analysis, alert management, and integration with operational processes.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual interventions, and ensure configuration consistency.
Strengthen the cybersecurity posture of the Linux environment by applying best practices: system hardening, access management, secure service configuration, and compliance with internal policies.
Integrate security principles into DevOps pipelines, including secret management, configuration validation, and vulnerability tracking.

Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in automation within a Linux environment.
Mastery of DevOps tools and automated infrastructure practices.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles applied to Linux.
Experience in configuration management and automated deployment.
Knowledge of Dynatrace for monitoring and performance analysis.
Experience working in large enterprises (15,000+ employees) with complex and structured environments.
Ability to work in both project and operational modes.
Technical leadership and autonomy.
Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
Fluent in French, functional English required.
