In this position, the hired candidate will be responsible for analysis, projects, development, enhancement, and operations of applications within the Information Technology Department in the Americas.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Research, design, and develop automation through API calls or Selenium bots
Manage application changes and enhancements in consultation with application users
Document processes for replication and knowledge sharing
Maintain application databases
Provide functional and technical expertise to produce and promote maintainable, quality solutions, including system requirement documentation and support run books
Provide timely resolution of functional and technical issues and report incidents to application users
Communicate with users regarding application outages, releases, and project events
Maintain infrastructure in a private cloud and ensure compliance with cybersecurity guidelines
Fix vulnerabilities and manage technology obsolescence of applications and software
Collaborate with transversal IT teams providing internal solutions
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Python \& Transact-SQL
Experience with technologies such as Git, REST APIs (Spring Boot, Flask), Selenium, SQL Server
Proficiency in IDEs like IntelliJ, PyCharm, or VS Code
Familiarity with Jenkins, Harbor, and other orchestration tools
