#techWhat you have
Required Qualifications* 8+ years of related progressive software engineering experience including hands-on coding and architectural design; BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Proven experience modernizing enterprise platforms, including API development, microservices, and cloudânative engineering.
Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
Experience designing and delivering distributed systems and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including leading SCRUM teams and iterative delivery.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and platform migration or modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of SQL Server and relational data modeling fundamentals.
Understanding of engineering best practices related to security, performance optimization, and platform resilience.
Preferred Qualifications* Masterâs degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Experience leading engineering teams or largeâscale transformation programs.
Advanced experience in eventâdriven architecture, observability platforms, and APIâfirst frameworks.
Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Strong communication and stakeholderâinfluence skills across technical and nonâtechnical groups.
Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer.
Experience fostering innovation, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring engineering talent.
