Position Overview:
We are looking for a Product Design to drive design excellence across our digital banking/securities products. In this role, you will not only shape high-impact user experiences but also provide strategic design direction, foster team growth, and ensure consistent quality across platforms. You’ll be responsible for turning complex business logic into elegant, user-centered systems—while leading collaboration across multiple disciplines.
Our current focus is digital banking \& securities, but your impact will extend into future financial verticals such as investment platforms, crypto services, and more.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product design across multiple products—from early research and concept development to final UI delivery.
Own and evolve the product design strategy in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders.
Mentor and grow the design team, especially junior and mid-level designers; provide feedback, guide their thinking, and help elevate the craft.
Translate complex logic into usable flows and intuitive user experiences, with a strong sense of system thinking and scalability.
Ensure design quality and consistency, including oversight of visual design, interaction polish, and adherence to design systems.
Oversee hand-offs and delivery, ensuring implementation fidelity by working closely with engineers and QA teams.
Develop and maintain the internal design system to support long-term scalability across platforms and teams.
Represent design in strategic conversations, influence product direction, and advocate for the user perspective with confidence.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience designing digital products, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior IC role.
Strong background in fintech, especially securities and banking.
Have experience working with consumer facing products.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, and UI polish.
Hands-on expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
Strong experience working closely with engineers, product owners, and QA teams
throughout delivery.
Clear, persuasive communicator, both verbal and written—able to articulate design
decisions and lead alignment with stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile, iterative product development processes.
Solid understanding of business goals, product metrics, and how to design for
outcomes.
English is a plus
