You’ll be: (Responsibilities):
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Commercial, Content, Marketing, Operations) to capture and refine product requirements
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and manage product delivery within Jira, ensuring tickets are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with sprint goals
Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates
Facilitate regular check-ins, demos, and feedback sessions with internal stakeholders
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital products and enhancements
Ensure smooth handover to Content and Marketing teams with clear documentation, training, and support materials
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to identify areas of opportunity throughout the fan experience
Working with product marketing to develop positioning to ensure differentiation from competitors
Involved at every stage of the product development process; gathering requirements, running discovery workshops, developing feature ideas, writing user stories/development tickets, and carrying out user acceptance testing
Engaging with our development agency daily to troubleshoot issues, track progress, and manage releases
Leading on acceptance testing to ensure UX and overall build quality are to exemplary standard before any release
Proactively monitoring and testing the products, raising issues and bugs via project tools
Defining and building consensus on which metrics success should be measured against
Monitoring and evaluating product performance, working with the Optimisation team to Ensure constant product iteration and improvement
Contributing to the product strategy through definition and clear articulation of business and user requirements
You’ll have: (Experience required)
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a sports, entertainment, consulting or digital-first organisation.
Demonstrable experience in delivering feature roadmaps for websites and apps working in an agile development environment
Strong understanding of agile delivery, Jira, and product lifecycle management.
Strong experience collaborating with engineers and product design teams to develop innovative and delightful user experiences
Experience of planning \& technical project management
Background in managing and influencing third party agencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and build support from stakeholders across the business
