What you'll be doing?
Lead End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of the lifecycle for mobile application, website and content management systems (CMS) projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and adherence to client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, project coordinators, and QA engineers to implement best practices in agile or lean methodologies for smooth project delivery.
Support Client Loyalty Operations: Assist clients in designing and optimizing integrated loyalty programs, leveraging rewards systems, digital campaigns, and user analytics to boost engagement.
Drive Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and manage high-quality digital campaigns using data-driven insights and AI integration to enhance retention and maximize ROI.
Monitor Performance Metrics: Track project milestones and campaign performance, leveraging AI analytics to identify trends and optimize strategies, while providing actionable reports to stakeholders.
Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements in project management and loyalty operations to boost efficiency and client satisfaction while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Keep abreast of advancements in mobile app development, loyalty marketing, and emerging AI-driven technologies to provide informed guidance to clients.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT related discipline.
Either a holder of PMP or Scrum Master certificate.
5+ years of experience managing end-to-end projects for mobile applications, websites, and CMS projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple projects proactively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for client communication in the Hong Kong and global markets
You will have an advantage if you have
Experience using Agile/Lean software development methodologies.
Knowledge of Loyalty Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and data visualizations tools.
Proven experience leading loyalty operations teams and managing digital campaigns, such as promotional campaigns or user engagement initiatives.
