In this pivotal role, youâll:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions within an Agile Squad.
Champion DevOps principles, automating testing and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage secure integrations.
Stay ahead of the curve with new Salesforce features and industry trends.
Drive UI automation using your strong Java skills.
Manage Salesforce releases and operational tasks,
Continuously improve processes and elevate the Salesforce experience for our Business teams.

To thrive in this role, youâll bring advanced Salesforce technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement to effectively oversee operations and guide junior team members.
A bachelorâs degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience guiding Salesforce developers.
Deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and DevOps.
Strong understanding of integration and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, GIT) and monitoring/logging tools.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Youâll demonstrate a strong track record of taking ownership, making sound decisions, and showing a clear drive to lead meaningful change.
