Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients to drive repeat and referral business.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance products.

Generate new business by identifying potential customers through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.

Provide expert advice on vehicle features, specifications, and finance options to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

Coordinate test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and dealership visits to enhance the customer experience.

Manage the entire sales process — from initial inquiry to delivery — ensuring smooth documentation, registration, and payment handling.

Collaborate with the finance, insurance, and service departments to deliver complete solutions to customers

Handle escalated customer issues, ensure prompt resolution, and maintain a positive brand image.

Mentor and support junior sales executives or relationship managers in achieving team objectives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, including at least 2–3 years in a relationship management or senior sales role.

Proven record of achieving high-value sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of automobile models, features, financing, and insurance processes.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
