Build and optimize high-performance APIs and backend services using Node.js and AWS.
Collaborate with DevOps to integrate code into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality standards.
Participate in architectural and technology decisions, contributing to technical best practices.
Work with Product and Solution Management to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Investigate and resolve issues in production environments.
Maintain clear, consistent technical documentation.
Monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:* Advanced skills with Node.js (JavaScript, TypeScript)
ORM \& SQL
Proven experience contributing to architecture and technical decision-making (able to debate and understand rationale behind choices)
Hands-on knowledge developing AWS cloud-based or equivalent SaaS applications — especially with services like Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, DynamoDB
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Agile methodologies
Unit testing / automated testing experience
English proficiency (technical and conversational level)
Good to have:* Experience with React, Vue, Vuex, or Redux (front-end frameworks)
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK (or similar tools like Terraform, Pulumi)
Experience with other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
