Job Description The Fraud Risk Tableau Developer sits within the Commercial Cards MIS Reporting Team. This is a senior level position responsible for contributing to the development of fraud management policies, processes and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud in coordination with the Commercial Cards Fraud team. The overall objective of this role is to manage fraud losses by creating Tableau dashboards pulling from multiple data sources allowing analysts to make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.

Responsibilities and Experience:

Partner with the operation team(s) and other departments within fraud prevention and loss control

Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes for the area or function

Serve as an expert in fraud prevention and loss control, overseeing a segment of the workforce

Evaluate moderately complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact

Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets to build data workbooks

Experience in Tableau Desktop/Server architecture

Experience in Creating, configuring, and deploying Tableau Servers

Experience in Creating visualization and publishing.

Experience on Tableau Authorization concepts

Experience in working with multiple data sources and handling large volumes of data

Strong experience with the design and development Dynamic Tableau visualization solutions Dynamic Tableau which can change on fly using configuration.

Dashboards and data workflow designing experience. Strong DW-BI Skills

Good communication and analytical skills

End to End Create Tableau Dashboards

Map reporting requirements to the Data Models

Strong ability to work in fast – paced environment, prioritize requests and mange expectations of important Stakeholders

Experience/Knowledge on Tableau Server and Data warehouse concepts will be an added advantage.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience with Tableau Desktop (Designing Dashboards), Tableau Server, Tableau Prep.

KNIME or SAS Experience is Preferred

Must be able to write basic python code

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
