We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Service Officer (Internal Job Title: Client Service Specialist - C05) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for performing relatively complex assignments with a direct impact on the business by ensuring the quality of tasks and services. Working under direct supervision, this role may service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. The specialist applies a working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts, coupled with an in-depth understanding of team objectives, to ensure assigned duties contribute effectively to the team's work and align with how units coordinate efforts to achieve functional objectives. This role requires ensuring the quality and service of both individual work and that of others, with the ability to recommend new options to enhance productivity within guidelines. The specialist must employ tact and diplomacy when exchanging complex or sensitive information, adapting to audience diversity, and possesses basic knowledge of the organization, its business, and policies. They are typically responsible for resolving basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedence, and are able to assess the applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options in circumstances not covered by standard procedures.

To provide comprehensive operation support services

To conduct service calls to assist customers in general banking enquires

To assist with daily tasks assigned by team lead and operation managers, including KYC for incoming and outgoing payments, Mis-funds transfer, CRS, FATCA, stock transfers, account closure follow up referred by Compliance

To conduct risk profiling through IRPQ assessments

To perform regular sales surveillance calls

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Relevant experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Demonstrated analytical skills and able to work in a team

HKSI 1,7,8 Certifications preferred
