About the role

As we continue to evolve our innovative suite of software products for the Automotive Retail industry, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Germany on 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product suite for the German market, where you’ll play a key role in validating and prioritising the roadmap, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver high-value solutions tailored for Germany that meet customer expectations, comply with regulations, and driving success. A deep understanding of GDPR and data regulations in Germany is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive the success of products and features in the German market, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with local regulations

Collaborate with global stakeholders and local colleagues (Developers, Designers, Marketing, Legal) to ensure a shared understanding of objectives and priorities for Germany

Collect and analyse ideas and feedback from German customers, partners, and stakeholders, planning new features and changes based on commercial, technical, and regulatory viability

Document user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and requirements, ensuring they reflect German market needs and GDPR compliance

Participate in scrum ceremonies to guide German-specific requirements through the development cycle

Manage experiments and pilots for the market, validating local adoption and compliance

Demonstrate new features and ideas to stakeholders, with clear documentation and collaboration with the wider Product team

Create and manage timelines and roadmaps for market rollout, aligned with the global roadmap

Actively mitigate blockers to successful delivery, especially those related to regulatory or localisation challenges

Conduct competitor, market, and industry analysis for the market to feed into the roadmap

We're looking for:

Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal

Product and Project Management experience with B2B SaaS product(s) within an agile/scrum methodology

Understanding of GDPR and data regulations in the German market

Excellent data-driven prioritisation skills

Ability to inspire and motivate others

Experience in the automotive software industry, with expertise in marketing process and CRM is desirable

Understanding of Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is desirable but not essential
