Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design
Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to define intuitive user experiences.
Create modern, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-centric designs.
Use Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to create interactive mockups and high-fidelity visuals.
Frontend Development
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and efficient frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
Continuously enhance website speed, usability, and visual quality.
Collaboration \& Innovation
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design and technical goals.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, frontend technologies, and best practices.
Bring creative ideas to improve overall user engagement and design innovation.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer (agency or product background preferred).
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
Expertise in UI/UX design tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards.
Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience with motion design, animations (Lottie, Framer Motion, GSAP) or micro-interactions.
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of backend integration (REST APIs, JSON).
Understanding of SEO-friendly frontend practices.
