We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Senior Manager to lead or be part of the project delivery teams, in the areas of agile development of web and mobile and delivery of mobile IT platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead for a group of developers, and responsible for code reviews, standards, and development of multiple lines of releases
Work with business on developing and deploying mobile and web products, integration using APIs with existing IT platforms, and develop fit for purpose solution that aligns with the IT Strategy roadmap
Hands-on to work and support the team on programming, code reviews etc.
Work well with vendors and developers
Work with different teams of business and system analysts to implement IT applications and platforms effectively and efficiently
Work with project sponsors and stakeholders and be accountable for projects deliverables.
Drive good project management practices and governance within the IT team
AI-Driven Innovation \& Integration
Identify practical AI/ML use cases across CDL’s operations (e.g., tenant engagement, energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, contract intelligence).

Design and manage the development of AI-powered features such as:
Conversational AI chatbots for customer service
Recommendation engines for tenant experience
Computer vision/document extraction for leasing and contracts
Predictive analytics for occupancy trends, churn, or maintenance
Work with internal and external data teams to ensure the integrity, relevance, and governance of datasets powering AI models.
Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI) into the CityNexus architecture.
Lead Agile product teams and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile/web applications.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and architectural blueprints.
Collaborate with software engineers and cloud architects to ensure platform reliability and modular AI service integration.
Conduct technical reviews, proof-of-concept evaluations, and sprint planning for iterative delivery
Requirements
Degree in Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience in Application/Mobile/Software development including the use of mobile development platforms or DevOps experience in implementing mobile and web related projects
At least 5 years in managing and delivering development IT projects related to real estate, customer relationship, building construction or related fields
Have played project roles of team leads, project manager, business analyst, solution architect and software developer
Excellent coding and solutioning skills in Full-Stack
Familiarity with hospitality platform and/or process would be an advantage
Good written \& verbal skills, able to communicate with all levels of management \& staff
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin; the candidate may be required to work closely with IT teams and vendors in the different regions.
Having people management skills (leading teams) would be a consideration for more senior positions
