Job Description Product Manager (Server Solutions)
Responsibilities：
Support sales by preparing standardized quotations based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with product and supply chain teams to confirm configurations, inventory, and delivery schedules.
Maintain pricing tools, quotation templates, and product documents.
Track order and delivery progress to ensure smooth execution.
Follow up on after-sales cases (warranty, repair, DOA) and provide timely customer updates.
Collect product and service feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements：
Good command of Excel.
Strong learning ability and interest in server/IT products.
Good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible.
IT background preferred.
