Role Overview

As a Performance Engineer at CloudMarc, you will design and execute robust performance test plans, leveraging tools like LoadRunner and JMeter. You’ll analyze outcomes, prepare test artefacts, and provide key recommendations to optimize system performance. Thriving in an agile environment, you’ll contribute expertise to ensure scalable, reliable solutions that meet evolving non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect performance test plans, emphasizing workload models rooted in non-functional requirements.

Meticulously prepare test scripts and data, and spearhead test execution utilizing a myriad of testing tools.

Employ testing tools, including but not limited to, Load runner (cloud \& on-premise), Jmeter, Stress Testing, Scalability Testing, and Breakpoint Testing.

Undertake Virtual Machine (VM) set-up initiatives for optimized test execution.

Analyze test outcomes diligently, producing insightful test reports. This includes crafting a baseline, comparing results from various test runs, and making pivotal recommendations.

Conscientiously maintain and prepare all test artefacts pertinent to performance testing.

Thrive in an agile setting, actively participating in agile ceremonies and fostering the agile spirit.

Key Qualifications :

A minimum of 4 years vested in the performance testing sphere.

Demonstrable experience with the aforementioned responsibilities.
