We are looking for a highly skilled Middle/Senior Python Developer who is proficient in FastAPI, Django, and modern backend architectures. You will work closely with international clients, so excellent English communication (verbal \& written) is required. The ideal candidate has strong ownership, solid system design skills, and experience building scalable backend services.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django).
Design scalable system architecture and high-performance APIs.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and implement efficient data models.
Collaborate closely with BA, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
Review code, mentor junior/mid members, and promote engineering best practices.
Participate in requirement clarification, technical discussions, and client meetings in English.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Python Backend Developer.
Expertise in FastAPI and Django/Django REST Framework.
Strong understanding of OOP, clean architecture, design patterns.
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and ORM frameworks.
Familiar with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT).
Excellent command of English for working with global clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
