Role Description
Being hands-on as part of an Agile team to gain a good understanding of business requirements and leading the team to help formulate solutions
Designing and developing RESTful APIs in the form of Domain Services in Java
Developing tests to verify the correct implementation of your Domain Services through BDD/TDD scenarios and feature files
Working closely with architects, product owners, and analysts across distributed Agile teams to find efficient solutions to business requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years’ IT development experience
Have years of experience in developing
RESTful APIs
in Java;
Good knowledge of ES2015 and different flavors of JavaScript;
Good knowledge of
Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Data
;
Familiarity with Webpack, babel, linting and frontend build tools and processes;
Familiarity with Maven, databases like PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.
Experience with Unit, Integration and Visual Regression Testing;
Comfortable with SASS \& CSS3;
Awareness of Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development;
Good understanding of version control, continuous integration and deployment;
Good command in English (Verbal \& written)
