Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)* Plan and implement long term B2B strategies to achieve the company’s objectives. Ensure business stability, growth and strategic alignment for the business development line with the local business.

Build and manage the pipeline of partners

Conduct market research, build proposals, close deals, monitor product development and coordinate marketing activities.

Drive the growth of existing products and work on developing new products, work closely with the product team to translate the key business requirements into a product roadmap.

Collaborate internally and externally with sales, marketing, legal, product and tech to drive performance.

Thu nhập không giới hạn: Lương căn bản 6tr + phụ cấp 1tr1 + KPI danh số lên đến 20tr++

Yêu cầu công việc:

Language: Proficient in English.

Qualification:

Proven track record of generating new businesses and achieving revenue growth.

Proactive, practical, and platform-oriented with a “get things done” mindset; a creative problem-solver who identifies opportunities early.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize in fast-changing, uncertain environments. Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed

Strong team player with leadership potential and the ability to inspire others.

Highly committed with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Understanding of the fintech, financial, banking, ecommerce, logistics market of Vietnam. He/she will partner closely with local partners and peers across the True Money network, generating buy-in for the vision and executing on the plan.

Experience:

3+ YOE in Finance, I-banking, Payment, Fintech. Preferably experience of working with multi-national companies.

University degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or any related fields.

Skill:

Able to communicate fluently in English both spoken and written.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels and good influencing skills.

Networking skill and being able to build a meaningful partner network.

Strong project management skills.

Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
