Your Role Accountabilities...

Engineering and Implementation:

Build and maintain features tightly integrated with our CMS platform for editors and product teams to configure, launch, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests

Collaborate on APIs and services for experimentation, integrations with frontend and backend systems

Write clean, efficient software code with a focus on maintainability and performance

Participate in regular testing, QA coverage analysis, and deployment processes to ensure production readiness

Collaboration and Delivery:

Partner closely with peer engineers to learn and build experimentation systems, from architectural design to iterative feature development to production release

Partner with product and analytics leads to define and deliver high-impact testing features

Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to develop team delivery skills

Contribute to code reviews, architectural design documentation, and engineering process workflows

Mentorship and Growth:

Provide peer mentorship through informal code reviews and collaborative debugging

Share technical insights during team meetings and sprint ceremonies

Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and create technical documentation

Encourage inclusive engineering practices and a test-and-learn mindset

Qualifications and Experience...

Backend Node.js (2+ years of experience)

AWS (Lambda/S3/ECS/RDS) / Infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)

Unit, Functional Testing \& TDD

Typescript / JavaScript

JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular)

Fluent in English

Bonus Skills:

Kafka

CI/CD

API Development (such as REST or RPC)

Go

Rust

A/B testing

Data engineering

Content Management Systems
