Cloud \& Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/f/d) – Switzerland / Hybrid
Located in Zurich, our client is seeking an experienced Cloud \& Microsoft 365 Engineer to join their growing technology team. Operating with modern cloud infrastructure and secure workplaces, they support organisations in building reliable, scalable, and secure IT environments.
Tech Stack:
Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, SharePoint Online, PowerShell, Graph API, MFA, Hybrid AD, Networking (Firewall, Routing, Switching), Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, Automation, VoIP (Teams)
About the Role:
As a Cloud \& Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and operating modern cloud and workplace solutions. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, identity \& access management, and security, supporting customers or internal stakeholders end-to-end.
Requirements:
Several years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Microsoft 365 Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
Practical experience with PowerShell, automation, and structured troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of hybrid environments (on-prem AD + cloud).
Nice to Have:
Exposure to VoIP solutions (Microsoft Teams, 3CX).
Experience with monitoring, documentation, or compliance/security audits.
Consulting mindset or customer-facing project experience.
