About the Role:
The Product Manager Digital Services, reporting to the Digital Services Manager, leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital services, aligning Business and Digital \& ICT teams to deliver valuable and customer-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Product Strategy: Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business strategy, market trends, and user needs.
· Product Roadmap: Prioritize features and enhancements to support business objectives and optimize user experience, gathering customer requirements
· Business Growth: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product adoption, build business cases, and monitor costs and profitability.
· Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital services from ideation to continuous evolution.
· UX \& Design Coordination: Work with design teams to ensure intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences.
· Continuous Innovation: Monitor technology trends and competitors to sustain competitive advantage and identify new opportunities.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Education \& Experience
· Degree in Engineering, Business/Economics, or related field.
· 5+ years in product management, digital transformation, or customer service in B2B business
· Experience in cross-functional leadership; manufacturing/packaging industries preferred.
Core Competencies
· Customer-Centric approach: strong customer interaction skills to translate business needs into clear development specifications.
· Technical \& Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT-based digital services, IT fundamentals, and design/visual tools (e.g., Figma).
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and alignment among business stakeholders and ICT teams throughout product delivery.
· Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights, analytics, and KPIs to track performance and guide product improvements.
· Project Management skills: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes to coordinate iterative development cycles and deliver high-quality solutions may be beneficial.
· Professional knowledge of English language
