Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong data analysis capabilities and deep expertise in SAS and IBM Mainframe systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern data technologies and programming languages, and a solid background in the banking domain. Prior experience working with bank and familiarity with various banking systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Perform advanced data analysis to support business insights and decision-making.
Work with SAS and IBM Mainframe systems to extract, transform, and load data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various banking systems.
Optimize data workflows using Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Scala, and Python.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering issues.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with banking standards.

Required Skills \& Experience:
8–10 years of experience in data engineering and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in SAS and working knowledge of IBM Mainframe.
Strong programming skills in Hadoop, SQL, Spark, Scala, Python.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Prior experience working with bank or similar banking institutions.
Familiarity with multiple banking systems and data environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
