Role will be part of our Quality Engineering \& Assurance (QE\&A) Practice. Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end testing strategies across core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions by leveraging deep product expertise and prior implementation experience.
Ensure configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business needs and governance standards.
Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow and integrated platforms.
Manage multiple stakeholders, including SMEs, BAs, tech leads, and third-party vendors.
Ensure test coverage and traceability by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with QA frameworks such as TMMI or similar.
Monitor test progress, defect metrics, and provide reports using Zephyr and other tools.
Mentor QA analysts and promote continuous improvement in testing practices.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative development cycles.
Prepare and oversee test plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones and resource availability.
Execute testing in ServiceNow testing and ITSM workflows.
Troubleshoot automation issues and align QA activities with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow module workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.).
Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing.
Strong proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA, codeless automation, or any equivalent automation tool.
Expertise in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Zephyr.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
