Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on, in-depth experience with Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation for complex SAP environments.

This includes advanced concepts such as Test Data Management (TDM), API testing within TOSCA, distributed execution, and advanced reusability patterns.
SAP Architecture \& Business Process Expertise: In-depth understanding of SAP's technical architecture, functional modules (e.g., Origination, GTM, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP), and end-to-end business processes, enabling the design of resilient and effective automation solutions.
Framework Design \& Governance: Expert-level ability to design, implement, and govern robust, scalable, and reusable TOSCA automation frameworks, establishing best practices, coding standards, and consistent approaches across multiple projects and teams.
Platform Integration \& Utility Development: Extensive experience with integrating TOSCA with other Tricentis tools (qTest, Live Compare), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), defect management systems (Jira, ServiceNow), and developing custom utilities or extensions (using C#, Java, Python) to enhance TOSCA capabilities and platform scalability.
Performance \& Optimization: Expertise in optimizing TOSCA script execution, identifying bottlenecks, ensuring high first-pass rates, and driving efficiency in automation cycles.
Technical Leadership \& Mentorship: Ability to provide expert technical guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to senior automation engineers and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and resolving highly complex technical challenges.
Innovation \& Future Vision: A keen eye for industry trends, emerging technologies in test automation and SAP, and the ability to drive innovation within the TOSCA automation landscape.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning \& Roadmap: Define, communicate, and evolve the enterprise-level TOSCA test automation strategy and roadmap for SAP applications, ensuring alignment with overall IT and business objectives.
Architectural Design \& Standards: Design and establish architectural patterns, design principles, best practices, and governance standards for TOSCA automation across all SAP projects.
Framework Development \& Evolution: Lead the architecture, design, and continuous improvement of the core TOSCA automation framework, ensuring its scalability, maintainability, reusability, and performance.
Technical Advisory \& Problem Solving: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for complex TOSCA and SAP automation challenges, providing architectural guidance and hands-on support to resolve critical issues and ensure successful project delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with SAP solution architects, development teams, business stakeholders, and other QA leads to ensure automation solutions meet functional, non-functional, and architectural requirements.
Mentorship \& Capability Building: Mentor, coach, and develop senior and junior TOSCA automation engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the automation team.
Technology Evaluation \& Adoption: Evaluate new Tricentis features, plugins, and third-party tools; recommend and drive the adoption of technologies that enhance existing automation capabilities.
Performance \& Quality Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation effectiveness (e.g., first-pass rate, execution efficiency, coverage, ROI), driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks related to automation implementation and platform stability.
