Job Summary
As a Test Manager specializing in Asset \& Wealth Management you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. With a focus on SQL Machine Learning Data Science and Python you will lead testing efforts to enhance product performance and user satisfaction. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of testing strategies for software solutions in Asset \& Wealth Management.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans ensuring comprehensive coverage of all functionalities.
Provide expertise in SQL to validate data integrity and accuracy within the system.
Utilize Machine Learning techniques to enhance testing processes and predict potential system failures.
Collaborate with Data Science teams to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
Develop automated test scripts using Python to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and outcomes.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to build testing capabilities within the team.
Drive the adoption of innovative testing tools and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:
