About The Role

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager – AI Commerce to lead a newly created role at the forefront of innovation. This position will be responsible for owning and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered commerce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the future of customer experience, working closely with design, technology, and a wide range of stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI commerce

Develop and manage a clear roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs

Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver seamless, intelligent customer experiences

Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in AI and commerce

Translate customer insights into innovative product features and solutions

Drive product launches, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful adoption

About You

A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager

Proven experience in ecommerce, digital product, personalisation or AI/ML environments

Experience in delivering AI driven products from concept to production

3+ years’ experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a strong customer-centric focus is preferred

Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines and model lifecycle

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

Experience in defining and tracking success measures related to AI use cases

Excellent communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and storytelling ability

Capable of working collaboratively with teams and leaders across Customer \& Digital \& Technology teams

Ability to think strategically and practically to translate insights into recommendations

Understanding of AI governance, ethics and data privacy frameworks

Experience in designing and implementation of A/B testing strategies

Deep understanding of the retail landscape, working in and leading in a rapidly evolving omni-channel customer centric environment
