Collins Aerospace is looking to hire a curious, detail-oriented, and data-driven Senior Engineer for Data Strategy \& Analytics to join the Product \& Data Integrity group. In this role, you’ll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in leadership, engineering, finance, and more to uncover trends, optimize performance, and support data-informed innovation.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

What YOU will do:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

Support data governance and ensure data integrity across systems

Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support business decisions

Collect, analyze, and visualize key metrics to support the Executive Staff Team in decision-making

Partner with leadership to identify and define critical measurements aligned with Business Unit goals and initiatives

Present findings in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences

Assist in predictive modeling and statistical analysis when needed

Develop and maintain a roadmap for metric tracking and reporting execution

Monitor data consistency and quality, recommending opportunities to consolidate and streamline data sources

Design, build, and optimize data models to enable rapid visualization and reporting requests

Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance data analytics, forecasting, and visualization capabilities

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven insights are actionable and aligned with strategic priorities

Create and maintain data gathering applications, including Power Apps

Qualifications you must have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Power Apps, data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableu, ERP systems, programming and relational databases, business process automation and project management, including team facilitation.

Experience accessing databases such as Oracle and MS SQL server

Knowledge of best practices for database administration, data warehousing, security procedures and products
