Operations Team

Software Development Team

You’ll help translate real business needs into smart digital solutions — improving the daily experience of hundreds of tenants across Belgium.

What You’ll Do

Translate operational challenges into clear, actionable

technical requirements

.

Manage the

product roadmap

in

Notion

and collaborate with designers in

Figma

.

Work closely with our developers on:

A

mobile app

(React Native with Expo)

A

desktop web app

(Ruby on Rails monolith with ERB, Vue.js \& React)

Define

user stories

,

acceptance criteria

, and manage

sprints

and

backlogs

.

Oversee the full

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

— from concept to release.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business and product goals align perfectly.

Meet

in person at least once a week

with the

Operations team and CEO

to align priorities and maintain strong collaboration.

What You Bring

Experience Matters:

You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in a product management role, ideally within a SaaS B2B environment. You don’t need to be a compliance expert, but you should have a knack for keeping things simple.

Basic programming understanding:

Familiarity with

Ruby

and

Ruby on Rails

.

Understanding of

HTML

,

CSS

, and general frontend concepts.

Experience testing mobile apps with

emulators or simulators

(Expo Orbit, Android Studio, Xcode).

Experience with

RESTful APIs

and

relational databases

(PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Proficiency with

Git

and version control platforms (GitHub, GitLab).

Strong knowledge of

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban).

Ability to structure

user stories

, manage

sprints

, and communicate with both tech and business stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
