Responsabilidades e atribuições
Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de Agentic AI utilizando AWS Bedrock e modelos de linguagem (LLMs).
Integrar e automatizar fluxos de classificação, priorização e recomendação de chamados.
Aplicar técnicas de NLP e NLU para análise e categorização inteligente.
Desenvolver e consumir APIs RESTful, WebRTC e WebSocket.
Criar e manter pipelines de dados e fluxos automatizados em ambientes cloud (AWS).
Trabalhar em colaboração com times de desenvolvimento, dados e negócios, utilizando metodologias ágeis.
Garantir versionamento, rastreabilidade e boas práticas de código em repositórios Git
Requisitos e qualificações
Experiência com Inteligência Artificial, NLP, NLU, LLMs e Foundation Models (FMs).
Domínio de Python.
Conhecimento em Cloud Computing (preferencialmente AWS).
Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
Experiência em controle de versão (GitHub, Bitbucket, Git).
Familiaridade com frameworks de Deep Learning (TensorFlow / Keras).
Experiência na implementação de APIs RESTful, WebRTC e WebSocket.
