Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain backend services using
Java
and
Spring Boot
· Design, build, and optimize
RESTful APIs
· Collaborate with QA, frontend, and PM teams to deliver stable features
· Maintain clean and scalable backend service logic
· Investigate and fix bugs or performance issues
Required Qualifications
·
3+ years
of backend development experience
· Strong proficiency in
Java, Spring Framework,
and
Spring Boot
· Understanding of
REST APIs
and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
· Experience using Git and basic CI/CD workflows
· Ability to understand and read technical English documentation
· English in reading technical English documentation and communicating is a must (business level)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with Korean clients or Korean-based projects
o Familiarity with Korean communication style
o Experience collaborating with Korean PM/QA/PO teams
· Prior experience in eCommerce or platform service development
· Have experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
· Understanding of microservices concepts
· Basic experience with performance debugging or optimization
