Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, secure, stable, and user-friendly software solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions aligned with business goals.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum), design discussions, and retrospectives.
Document architectures and solutions using diagrams, prototypes, and clear code-level documentation.
Work in containerized environments using Docker and modern DevOps practices.
Develop full stack applications using modern languages and both relational and non-relational databases.
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and readability.
Implement automated tests (unit, integration, functional) to ensure fast and reliable feedback.
Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, automating repetitive tasks and enhancing development processes.
