Growth Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
Own the product growth strategy and roadmap, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and drive experiments to test hypotheses.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product features and campaigns.
Monitor key product metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategies based on data.
Work on user segmentation, personalized experiences, and product funnel optimization.
Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth experiments.
Ensure a seamless user experience across all product touchpoints to improve retention and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in product management, growth, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in A/B testing, user research, and optimizing product funnels.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with growth hacking techniques, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
