COMPANY

Our client is a leading SaaS provider operating in the fast-growing sectors of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Governance, Risk \& Compliance (GRC).

Through its portfolio of solutions, the company offers a multi-product cloud-based SaaS platform and high-value technology services to support its clients.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

This person will play a key role in understanding how users interact with our SaaS products and how new features impact customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

The role focuses on analyzing product and user behavior data (not financial or purely business reporting), generating actionable insights that help the Product Management team prioritize, improve, and validate the roadmap.

This position reports directly to the CPO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and lead the tracking of product KPIs: adoption of new features, user engagement and retention, impact on churn.

Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, feature flags, cohort analysis) to evaluate the effectiveness of new releases.

Analyze user behavior data and translate it into actionable insights for Product Managers and UX.

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to cross-reference usage metrics with qualitative customer feedback.

Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and recommend adjustments to the product roadmap.

Develop product-oriented dashboards and reports (non-financial) to enable stakeholders to monitor the evolution of key KPIs.

Ensure data quality related to product usage and propose improvements in instrumentation (tracking, tagging).

REQUIREMENTS

4–6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product-focused Data Analytics, or similar roles in SaaS or digital companies.

Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze large datasets.

Solid knowledge of product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, PostHog, or similar.

Experience with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or equivalents).

Familiarity with experimentation and testing techniques (A/B testing, cohort analysis, feature flags).

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teams.

Product- and user-oriented mindset, with strong interest in UX, adoption, and retention.

Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (international environment).
