Position Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the product vision and roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, priorities, and business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate these needs into clear deliverables, ensuring solutions provide measurable benefits to the business and end users. This role represents the customer and business interests in planning and prioritizing work to achieve strategic objectives and drive successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of business cases for new opportunities aligned with product and customer strategies.
Technical Background
Experience negotiating trade-offs among technical and business priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and underlying issues.
Familiarity with iterative development, continuous improvement, or lean processes.
Understanding of major functional and cross-functional business processes and related metrics (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales).
Skilled at navigating competing priorities and facilitating resolution.
Ability to translate complex ideas into smaller, actionable concepts and deliverables.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing and prioritizing business and customer requirements.
Proven ability to work effectively to deadlines under pressure.
Experience in technology or product development environments preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, or engineering-related industries is a plus.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect work to overall company strategy.
