The Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our advanced hardware product line. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering, design, and market needs — driving innovation from concept through launch.
You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products and ensuring that each release delivers exceptional value to customers while supporting the company’s long-term vision.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, and operations — to deliver high-quality hardware products on time and on budget.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept, prototype, validation, and certification through mass production.
Monitor market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Champion user experience and ensure every product reflects quality, reliability, and simplicity.
Maintain strong communication channels between stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
Align product strategy with our broader mission to advance sustainability and clean energy adoption.
Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience, ideally in hardware, clean tech, or automotive technology.
Proven ability to balance technical feasibility, user needs, and business impact.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments with cross-functional collaboration.
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the future of mobility.
