Job Description

One of the leading F\&I providers in Canada is looking for a strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue and maintaining high service standards in automobile and recreational dealerships across Northern Ontario. This role requires building strong relationships with dealership management, and the F\&I, sales, service and parts departments and includes strategic prospecting, training, monitoring, supporting and growing the revenue in the territory.

Core Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with automotive and recreational vehicle dealerships and groups.

Product Gap Analysis: Review product availability in existing dealerships and add additional product(s) to be sold to their customers.

Prospecting: Actively work to identify and engage with new clients.

Product and Process Training: Be an expert at all the company’s products and be the go-to-person for the dealerships for product-related questions.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute territory-specific business plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Sales Performance \& Training:

o Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators

o Conduct regular training for dealership staff

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product sales at the dealerships follow the regulatory guidelines.

Market Analysis and Feedback: Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Collect ongoing dealer feedback regarding our products and services for continuous improvement of our offerings.

Additional duties as assigned by the company management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in a sales or F\&I position in a dealership setting.

Education: Related post-secondary education is an asset.

Soft Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge in Microsoft Suite and Dealership Management Systems (DMS).

Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Ontario to visit existing and potential dealership partners.

Compensation

The typical total annual pay for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills and years of experience related to the role.
