Key requirements:
Strong English Speaking Skills are Required for this role as they will be guiding and problem solving with other team members.
Manage standups, jiras and team updates, stakeholder management to understand requirements and lead junior engineers.
Design, Development, Testing, Documentation, Data analysis, On-call support during working hours.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems while adhering to high standards for code quality, testing, and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Skills:
Tech Lead/Sr. Engineering -\> 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in system design, architecture, and building enterprise-level applications.
