Mô tả công việc

Build and manage reusable, scalable UI components and frontend modules.

Implement responsive layouts, accessibility, and pixel-perfect interfaces.

Collaborate with backend and product teams to design efficient API integrations (REST, WebSocket).

Apply and extend existing state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.).

Optimize performance and application loading time (SSR, caching, code splitting, lazy loading).

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (Jest, Cypress).

Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and follow team coding standards.

Take ownership of assigned features — from design discussion to production delivery.

Stay updated on modern frontend trends, frameworks, and tooling.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Required Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in Frontend / Web Development.

Solid hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js (Vue.js is a plus).

Familiar with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or others).

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, responsive design.

Experience with UI libraries like Ant Design or Shadcn/UI.

Understanding of frontend architecture, componentization, and modular design.

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or WebSocket-based systems.

Knowledge of build tools (Vite, Webpack, Rollup, Nx).

Basic familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Awareness of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, token handling).

2. Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or real-time data systems.

Exposure to React Native, Flutter, or Electron (cross-platform development).

Understanding of monorepo structures and shared codebases.

Experience building or maintaining internal design systems.

Familiarity with MQTT / EMQX or event-driven systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
