Are you an experienced Project Manager (Japanese N2+) with a strong background in IT and software delivery for the Japanese market? We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, drive high-quality outcomes, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and Japanese clients.
End-to-End Project Management: Lead opportunity analysis, pre-studies, implementations, and upgrades for new and existing customers.
Delivery Excellence: Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.
Risk \& Change Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies while handling project changes effectively.
Process Optimization: Contribute to standardizing methodologies, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including Japanese clients and steering committees.
Team Leadership \& Development: Manage, mentor, and support a team of 15–50 members, ensuring their professional growth and high-level delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Japanese: N2 Intermediate level or above( must be able to negotiate and communicate directly with Japanese clients).
At least 10 years in IT project management for the Japanese market.
Experience managing teams of 15–50 members.
Successfully led complex IT projects for Japanese clients.
Project management expertise in budgeting, estimation, risk \& quality management, and resource planning.
Proficiency in Waterfall \& Scrum methodologies.
Strong ability to manage client expectations, conduct presentations, and build solid relationships.
