As a Senior Lead Developer at our digital consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative, scalable, and AI-enabled technology solutions across international projects.
You’ll lead technical execution, mentor teams, and help shape the architecture of a high-value technical platform, ensuring quality, performance, and continuous improvement.ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITES(THE SPECIFIC TASKS THAT THE EMPLOYEE HAS TO DO HIM- OR HERSELF)Essential Job Duties* Architect and lead the development of a robust, scalable technical platform for the US market.
Design and deliver full-stack web applications, leveraging microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and align with business goals.
Guide the migration of legacy systems to modern microservice-based platforms.
Optimize frontend and backend applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality.
Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Stay current with emerging technologies (e.g., AI APIs, low-code platforms) and bring innovative ideas to the team
Your skills and experience
1. Educational Requirements* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Work Experience* 6+ years of experience in full-stack software development, ideally in digital consulting or SaaS product development.
Proven leadership in architecting and delivering modern, cloud-native applications.
Experience working on international projects across industries (e.g., fintech, AI, e-commerce).
Familiarity with AI-integration (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain) is a strong plus.
3. Licenses/Certifications required4. Technical Proficiency* Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Redux, Storybook, Micro Frontend Architecture
Backend: Node.js, NestJS, PHP (Laravel), GraphQL, gRPC, RabbitMQ
Cloud/DevOps: AWS (incl. Lambda, CDK), Azure, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
Testing: Jest, Playwright, React Testing Library
Plus: SPFx (webparts), OpenAI, LangChain
5. Languages* Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
