You'll Thrive Here If You Have
1-2 years of production experience , either in fast-paced companies or significant personal projects
Not afraid of touching frontend: React, TypeScript, NextJS
Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean
Strong background in Docker/K8s containerization and database management
Ability to own features end-to-end , from backend to frontend
Proven experience building and maintaining projects used by real users (not just one-off experiments).
Previous startup \& AI/ML experience preferred
Bonus points for experience in fintech
