PRODUCT MANAGER FRAGRANCE

Responsibilities
As our Product Manager, you are responsible for innovation, development, coordination.
You will lead the development of new fragrance launches for Chloé, from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence, brand consistency, and commercial impact across all touchpoints.
Your main focus :
Develop innovative product concepts based on consumer insights and brand vision
Coordinate 360° campaign assets with internal teams and external agencies
Manage budget, cost tracking, and profitability of product lines
Collaborate with the fashion house to ensure alignment on product and campaign development
Ensure sustainability and creativity are embedded in all product and communication initiatives

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to create, coordinate, and innovate. As an experienced Product Manager, you lead with vision and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Have 2–3 years of experience in global fragrance marketing development
Hold a degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
Are fluent in English
Have strong skills in budget management and product profitability tracking
Are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
