THE ROLE
Your mission:
You will be the central point of contact for our customer facing teams for a wide range of data related topics, driving ad hoc solutions as well as the strategic development of internal data solutions. You play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into data solutions as well as facilitating data understanding in the customer facing teams, and you implement data solutions for internal use hands on yourself.

What you'll do:
Work closely with our customer facing teams, identify opportunities for automating data pipelines for them and be the central point of contact for them with regards to all data related issues
Build data solutions for internal usage by our customer facing teams with a diverse set of tools (e.g. Python, dbt, Dagster), using traditional data analytics techniques as well as novel AI solutions where suitable
Contribute to drive high data quality, e.g. by building automated solutions for data monitoring
Interpret and analyze data to generate insights that impact product and business strategies
Deep dive into customers’ data to answer customer requests and doubts and develop solutions to enable our customer facing teams to understand their customers’ data.

You’re passionate about working closely with customer facing teams to identify data opportunities and build data solutions to serve internal workflows as well as customer needs
You have a proven track record of building robust, easy to maintain data solutions in Python to automate data flows and extract insights from data
You have experience in understanding a diverse range of data sets, extracting data insights and finding inconsistencies in data based on data analytics techniques
You have experience with implementing AI workflows based on LLMs to enhance internal efficiency or a very eager to learn how to accomplish that

Why this role might not be for you
You’re looking for a data analytics job focused on business intelligence tools or Excel based data analytics, we’re rather looking for someone who’s eager to use their programming skills to automate data analytics and data pipeline solutions in Python.
