Cpl have a great opportunity within our own internal role for a Lead Data Engineer/Data Architect working on the latest Azure environment. We're looking to speak directly with experienced Azure talent who have experiences across Databricks, ADF and ideally Synapse.
Job Spec
Design, architect and implement scalable Databricks and Azure data Lakehouse architecture using ADLS, ADF, Synapse, and Databricks.
Build and optimise end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows with Azure Databricks and Delta Lake..
Lead complex topics of data engineering, analytics, and data visualisations
Strong experience in data architecture and data engineering, high-quality and reliable data solutions.
Integrate AI and data science workloads, enabling model development, training, and deployment on Databricks.
Ensure data governance, security, and performance across the cloud data platform
This is individual contributor role and support to drive define Data, AI and Business Intelligence roadmap
Experience
8-12 years of commercial experience
Advanced skills in Azure stack
Databricks, ADF experience essential
Experienced in Data Lakehouse archtitecture
Data Governance experience
Strong Python and SQL
