We aim to provide suitable language programme and service solutions for kindergartens, primary schools and community centers in Hong Kong. To succeed in our mission, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Assistant Manager to join our team and lead our outreach and sales initiatives in the educational sector.

Position Overview

The Business Development Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving program development and outreach sales, focusing on building partnerships within the school sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outreach programs, proven sales success, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach Program Development: Design and implement effective outreach programs targeting schools and educational institutions.

Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve outreach goals, including identifying potential clients and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the educational sector, including school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities within the school sector.

Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our programs.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to management on progress and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the educational outreach sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful outreach programs.

Strong understanding of the educational landscape and current challenges faced by schools.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
