Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Product Manager

to lead our lending and embedded finance product strategy. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on product leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, and technology.

You will own the

end-to-end product lifecycle

- from defining vision and roadmap to execution, launch, and growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with engineering, risk, operations, and external partners to design scalable financial products that redefine SME lending.

What you'll do:

Drive Product Strategy \& Roadmap

o  Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded finance offerings including credit lines, term loans and BNPL solutions tailored for SMEs.

o  Align product initiatives with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends.

o  Identify opportunities for innovation in digital lending, alternative credit scoring, and payments.

Product Development \& Execution

o  Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

o  Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.

o  Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, MVP, launch, to scaling.

o  Work with leadership to prioritize backlog, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Customer \& Market Focus

o  Deeply understand customer journeys, pain points, and financial behaviours.

o  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

o  Partner with engineering, business, operations, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory and operational standards.

o  Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and updates to senior leadership and external partners.

Performance \& Growth

o  Define KPIs and track product performance across adoption, portfolio quality, and revenue impact.

o  Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and market dynamics.

o  Support GTM strategy with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption.

What you bring:

o  8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in

fintech, digital lending, or payments

.

o  Strong understanding of

SME credit products

(term loans, credit lines, invoice financing, BNPL for business, etc.) and digital payments ecosystems.

o  Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B financial products.

o  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

o  Strong technical collaboration skills; ability to work closely with engineering and data teams.

o  Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

o  Experience working in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is a plus.

o  Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks for lending and payments is highly desirable.
