In its 2026–2028 industrial plan, the Group is preparing to raise over €30M from professional investors and is in the process of obtaining Bank of Italy authorization as a new regulated financial intermediary under Art. 114 TUB, as a manager of non-performing exposures, in compliance with the Secondary Market Directive (SMD).

The Boware Solutions / TEF Advisor Vietnam project – operational since 2024 – aims to build a boutique IT development company with a small, tightly integrated team of complementary profiles. We first focus on the Group’s existing European projects and, in a second stage, we plan to selectively open to third-party fintech projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Integration Engineer to build intelligent automation solutions using Cloud AI services (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, AWS, Azure).

This role focuses on turning unstructured documents into structured data, building AI-powered workflows, and integrating large language models (LLMs) into our core products.

You will not train ML models or work on complex research. Instead, you will:

Integrate LLMs

Build Python pipelines

Automate data extraction

Orchestrate multi-step AI workflows

Work closely with backend developers \& managers

This role is essential to the company’s 2026 AI automation strategy.

📍 Location: Ho Chi Minh City – onsite

🔑 Key Responsibilities

A. Build AI Automation Pipelines

Use Cloud LLM APIs to extract structured information from documents.

Apply cloud OCR (Google Vision, Azure OCR, AWS Textract) for text extraction.

Build workflows that classify documents, extract entities, validate fields, and generate outputs.

Convert unstructured data (PDF, images, emails) into clean JSON or database-ready formats.

B. OSINT Report Automation

Combine API sources: SevenData, Cadastre, Google Maps/StreetView, Social media.

Build Python scripts to orchestrate data collection.

Generate draft reports using LLMs and integrate them into the analyst workflow.

C. AI Workflow Orchestration

Build multi-step LLM chains with retries, error handling, and validation.

Use frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex (optional but preferred).

Implement caching, batching, cost optimization, and performance improvements.

D. Backend Integration

Develop lightweight microservices or backend modules (Python/FastAPI or Node.js).

Work with backend team to expose AI automation via APIs.

Ensure outputs are stable, predictable, and testable.

E. Collaboration

Work with team to design architecture and define AI logic.

Work with backend developers to integrate AI functionality into existing systems.

Work with Frontend developer to design user-facing tools (document viewer, OSINT dashboard).

Support QC to define test cases for AI-driven processes.

✅ Required Skills

Must Have

Strong Python experience

✔ Experience calling AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

✔ Experience with cloud OCR (Vision API, Textract, Form Recognizer)

✔ Ability to work with JSON, regex, and text preprocessing

✔ Experience building automation scripts and backend logic

✔ Solid understanding of REST APIs

✔ Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases

✔ Understanding of containerization (Docker)

Nice-to-Have Skills

LangChain / LlamaIndex

Pandas, NumPy

Experience working with PDFs (pypdf, pdfminer, etc.)

Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Chroma)

Experience with FastAPI or Flask

Exposure to financial/legal documents

💰 Salary

We offer a competitive salary aligned with your experience and with how closely your profile matches the role requirements.

Salary range: 35,000,000 – 45,000,000 VND gross per month, depending on:

Your previous experience, and

Your level of alignment with the technical and soft-skill requirements for the position.
